Thank you for shopping with Hello Acrylic Australia. This Australian shipping policy explains how we make and ship our custom acrylic signage, laser-engraved products and other personalised acrylic signs, including how production time and shipping time work together.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing and production times vary depending on the product and current order volume.

For the most accurate current wait times, please check our Processing Times Page before placing your order.

Processing may take longer during peak periods such as holidays, promotions or sales events.

Processing time and shipping time are separate

Processing time is the time it takes us to make and prepare your order. Shipping time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your parcel once it has left us. These timeframes are separate and both apply to your total delivery time.

Rush Orders and Production Speed

For selected products, Hello Acrylic Australia may offer an optional rush production service for an additional fee.

  • Where available, the rush fee accelerates production and processing only.
  • Rush production does not change shipping carrier transit times.
  • Rush production is subject to capacity and must be confirmed at the time of ordering. It may not always be available or guaranteed.

Shipping Options and Estimates

Delivery timeframes below are shipping transit estimates only and start after your order has been produced, packed and dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days within Australia.
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days within Australia.

Important: Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the carrier’s delivery time only. It does not place your order into rush or priority production unless a separate rush-order service has been purchased and confirmed.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: 10 to 20 or more business days worldwide.

International delivery estimates can vary significantly and may be impacted by customs processing, border clearance requirements and local carrier delays.

Estimated delivery windows

All delivery windows are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather events, service disruptions and customs inspections may affect transit times and are outside the control of Hello Acrylic Australia.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size and destination.

Any rush-order production fee is separate from shipping costs and will be clearly shown before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive delivery where required.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, customers should follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist where we can, including working with the carrier to investigate.

International Orders (Customs, Taxes and Duties)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties that may apply in the destination country.

Hello Acrylic Australia cannot control customs-related delays or additional border processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assess and resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:

  • the damaged or defective area
  • the full item
  • the packaging, including any external damage

Returns or replacements are accepted for defective or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Hello Acrylic Australia will comply with applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where goods are lost, damaged or significantly delayed, we will work with you and the relevant carrier to investigate and reach an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
